We do require all of our renter's to sign and agree to our rental terms.  This provides a clear explanation of what is expected of the renter in your home.  East renter is sent a customized Welcome Letter with details of check in and check out procedures, along with local activities, restaurants, parking information and other information for Tybee Island.  We also provide an information book in your home with local information, medical information, grocery stores, etc.

We collect feedback from guests on the condition of the rental to ensure proper maintenance of the rental and coordinate repairs and ensure they are performed in a timely fashion.
