19th St. Beachside Hideaway

The 19th street review
It was good. It was quite down on 19th st. The walk out to the beach was damage due to storms. The place needed my pots & pans. It needed containers to store food in after cooking. It also needed a griddle or a George Forman to cook bacon or sausage in. Not much on glasses. We were fine withe the ceiling. My husband is 6' he still had some room It had plenty of shelves. I liked all the lamps. It was only us two. Dont think I could of handled anymore adults. Maybe kids But it was OK. Wish all the lattice wasn't blocking the view. With a big SUV turning into the drive was a challenge. The bushes needed to be trimmed some more. We come down for the beach & seafood. It wasn't a bad walk to 18th st. Or the other direction to get to the beach
But we do cook breasfast & lunch in the room.
Maybe put a roll around island to store more stuff for the kitchen area.put it by the column. Or hang hooks on the column to put more pots & pans on. Its still walking distance to all the restaurants & shops. The bed has a very firm mattress. I left left paper products for the next family. And we appreciated the soap, laundry detergent & dish washing stuff but we bring are own from home. If you would add a few items in the kitchen it would help with the cooking.
Would stay there again There was a lawn chair that was broke when we got there. If you dont want anybody to use it. Need to get it out of there. There is something else would like to talk to you about.

Great location!
This is a cozy little one bedroom apartment just steps away from the S. Beach entrance. It was clean, large shower with great water pressure and a large covered porch to store beach toys and bicycles. A few problems (burnt out light bulb, etc) were addressed immediately. Kitchen was well equipped. We weren't told where to park but once that was figured out the stay was uneventful and we really enjoyed the house. The South Beach is nicer and way less crowded than the mid-beach area around the pier but the apartment is still just a few blocks away from all the shops and restaurants in that area.

Full Moon Weekend
Location was perfect for quick walk to beach. Rental was so cute. Larger and prettier than photos can capture. Comfortable bed and couch. Large bathroom with walk-in shower. Rental did have a musty smell in the beginning and we aired out quickly. As this is an old historic homes, it can be normal especially as this unit is on the ground floor. It did not affect my respiratory allergies. I recommend this adorable unit.
