Welcome to Carpe Beachem, your perfect beachside retreat just a block and a half from the shore. This modern Tybee Island vacation home comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests, with 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, and plenty of space to relax, entertain, and enjoy coastal living.

Downstairs, you'll find a game room complete with a billiards table, ideal for unwinding after a day at the beach. This level also features a kitchenette with a refrigerator, sink, and microwave—great for snacks or drinks.

No events with a higher number of guests than the occupancy of the house are permitted and there is a minimum age requirement of 25 for renters.
Longer minimum night stays may be required during holiday periods.

Great place to stay
The house was perfect for our family vacation. The kitchen was well laid out (two dishwashers) and had everything we needed. The bedrooms were comfortable and there were plenty of bathrooms. I loved the decorating--beachy colors and fun touches. Great beach house!
The house comfortably fit a group of five adults, and we could have easily fit 10. It was a five-minute walk to the beach, and a three minute walk to a grocery store. The neighborhood was quiet, the house clean, the kitchens very well-stocked, and we had great views from both porches.
