Step inside the first floor, where a cozy living room with an electric fireplace and a spacious great room with soaring cathedral wood ceilings invite you to relax in style. Sunshine pours through the large windows, creating a bright, cheerful atmosphere throughout. There's comfy seating galore with sofas and chairs, plus a dining table with seating for four. This space flows seamlessly into the expansive family room, featuring two more sofas, a flat-screen TV, and two large dining tables that can accommodate up to 18 guests — perfect for gathering with friends and family. A convenient half bath is located nearby.
Down the hall, the fully equipped kitchen is ready for your group's culinary adventures! You'll find two stainless steel refrigerators, a stove, microwave, ice maker, dishwasher, two coffee pots, a walk-in pantry, and a breakfast bar. A laundry room on this level adds extra convenience.
The second floor features a cozy den with a sofa, TV, and sleeper sofa, plus another laundry room with a sink.
When it's time to unwind, choose from seven inviting bedrooms:
The first floor includes two king bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms and access to a covered porch — your own quiet corner to sip morning coffee or watch the sunset. There's also a bunk bedroom with nearby access to a half bath.
The second floor has two queen bedrooms, a bunk room with two bunk beds, and a kids' bunk room with a bunk bed and two twin daybeds. Enjoy the outdoors from the covered deck on this level — perfect for lounging, reading, or catching up with loved ones.
The third floor offers a private king suite that feels like its own apartment! It includes a sitting area with a flat-screen TV, sleeper sofa, dining area, and wet bar. Step out onto your private "treetop" sundeck for a truly serene escape. The suite also includes a walk-in closet and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with a garden tub, marble shower with vertical spa jets, hand-held shower, and private toilet closet.
Outside, the fenced backyard offers plenty of privacy, and there's off-street parking for 4–5 vehicles. The location couldn't be better — just a 4-minute walk to the beach, and only 2 minutes to shops and restaurants!

Nice & Spacious

A grand birthday bash
Happy House is a wonderful place for a large family to gather. Plenty of space in large open rooms and enough bath rooms

Happy (and comfortable) stay in the Happy House
We were very pleased to find more than adequate accommodations to fit our large extended family. With eight bedrooms and six bathrooms there was ample room for each family to settle in for the week. We especially appreciated the two large dinning room tables, and two refrigerators, AND, a separate ice maker, plus plenty of plates, cups, and silverware for a large group. Everything was clean and many supplies were provided.
