Longboard House is a classic, 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom Tybee Island cottage that sleeps 6 within one block of the beach! Guests will enjoy a private plunge pool and sitting spa, a large screened-in porch, and walking to the beach, nearby restaurants, and shopping. The spillover spa waterfalls into the private plunge pool. The combined spa and pool may be heated for an additional fee of $60 per day. (Please note 24 hours advanced notice is required)



A wonderful screened porch welcomes guests to this adorable cottage. A long picnic table is the perfect spot to place newly-found seashells, beach towels, or enjoy a casual afternoon snack. Double doors open to a comfortable open living, dining, and kitchen area with beautiful hardwood floors, white shiplap walls, and a shiplap ceiling. A hall off the living area leads to 2 guest bedrooms that open to the cottage’s front porch. A primary bedroom features a walk-in closet, a sunny yellow clawfoot tub, and a private screened porch with a porch swing. In the living area, a wraparound sofa and armchairs face a 70” Roku TV and open to the front screened porch. A Shaker-style dining table with bench seating divides the living area from the kitchen. Open shelves house colorful plates and bowls, and butcher block countertops repeat the warmth of the original hardwood floors. A gas range is built into the kitchen island. A door off the kitchen opens to an outdoor courtyard with a lovely plunge pool, attached sitting spa, and chaise lounge chairs. A gas grill and an outdoor table are tucked out of the way.



Guests will enjoy being within a quick walk of shops and restaurants. To gain access to the beach, guests can follow the neighborhood road straight to a beach access.
