Whipping up meals is a breeze with the spacious island that doubles as a breakfast bar for 4 and high-end appliances. Refresh swimsuits and beach towels in the conveniently located laundry room. Out the kitchen door is the screened-in back porch with a wicker sofa, chaise lounge, swivel rocking chairs, and a hanging twin bed—the perfect spot to greet the day with a fragrant cup of coffee.
Head up the wooden staircase to find the primary bedroom, ideal for families with a king bed, twin bed, private bathroom, and private screened porch. On the opposite side of the hall are 2 cheerful guest bedrooms—1 with a queen bed and 1 with 2 twin beds.
Under the house, find an enclosed oasis with a circular 9-seat sectional, TV, and ping-pong table.

Chatham Charm
Our time at Chatham Charm was absolutely amazing. Although it was a chilly windy, rainy weekend we still thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. It was a perfect place for a weekend together with our three adult daughters. The location is very convenient and an easy walk to the pier and all the shops and restaurants. The home was very clean and well stocked. And the porches! Oh, the beautiful porches! They were our favorite place to hang out, especially the back porch with the bed swing!
Joy was so helpful and responsive throughout the whole process!

Great vacation spot!
This home was wonderful! Close to South beach, fishing pier and downtown shopping . The beautifully furnished screen porches to hang out on were an hit. I wish this house was ours forever.
Perfect location! 3 minutes to walk to west beach or south beach. 5 minutes to walk to mid beach by shops, restaurants, longest pier & main grocery store. House is so beautiful inside and out! The only problems we're minor: ripped screens, a little trash in the yard, and the porch floors were really dirty. But we still loved the three giant screened in porches with the swings.
