Description
In the morning, take your cup of coffee out to one of the home's two screened-in porches, both of which come with outdoor furniture and spectacular creek views. The kitchen is well-equipped for preparing a family meal, which can be enjoyed at the dining table with seating for eight, along with the breakfast bar that seats two. The home boasts a comfortable living room with two sofas, with a decorative fireplace, flat screen TV and room to seat six on two sofas.
At the end of the day, choose to retire to the comfort of the primary bedroom, with its king-sized bed with en-suite bathroom, a second bedroom with a queen sized bed, a third bedroom with a full bed and a fourth bedroom with a queen sized bed.
The home features a lovely yard, ideal for playing lawn games like badminton, bocce or croquet. Or, take in a bit of sun on the home's small dock, which features three chairs to lounge on. A hot tub is available for your enjoyment as well as an outdoor shower for cleaning off after the beach. There is also a charcoal grill for additional cooking.
This property will permit up to 2 dogs for an additional pet-fee of $114, as long as they are on flea medication.
No events with a higher number of guests than the occupancy of the house are permitted and there is a minimum age requirement of 25 for renters. There is off street parking for a maximum of 3 to 4 cars.

Great Location for North Tybee
This house on the salt marsh is great for relaxing with family. It's five minutes from Fort Screven and the North Beach area. Homans Trip
Great overall. Some minor issues were involved with the fan/lights. Wonderful location, very well appointed.
Marsh Mellow is a great place with everything you will need for a restful weekend. I planned a Golden Girls weekend with 6 friends all over the age of 55. This property was perfect as it is just as you come onto Tybee Island tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. We were able to enjoy our morning coffee on the screened-in back porch which has a view of the Marsh and we got to see herons every morning. The kitchen had anything you could ask for including both a keurig and a regular coffee maker. Their was a small office of the kitchen area which would be great for anyone who needed to work remotely while visiting Tybee. The Master Bedroom was a nice size and had a large bathroom with a shower and a jetted tub. The shower had safety handles which definitely we definitely appreciated and the master closet was huge. The other bedrooms were very comfortable as well. There is a dog park located closeby for your furry friends. You are only a few minutes away from the Crab Shack and you can get to the southern end of the island in just a few minutes. The thing I enjoyed the most about Marsh Mellow was the secluded location. We were able to enjoy the tranquility of the island and still be able to have some fun at Tybee time and take in a sunset at AJ's. I would definitely come again. The property management company was great and provided everything we needed in a timely manner.
