Marsh Mellow
This location makes it simple to unplug and settle into vacation mode. Spend your days at the beach or exploring Tybee, then come back to a setting that feels calm, open, and just far enough removed from the crowds.
From the moment you arrive, the outdoor spaces set the tone. Two screened-in porches, both with outdoor seating, overlook the marsh and creek, giving you front-row seats to quiet mornings and laid-back afternoons. It's the kind of view that doesn't need much else.
Inside, the home is comfortable and functional, with a layout designed for gathering without feeling crowded. The living room offers two full sofas and plenty of seating, along with a flat screen TV and decorative fireplace for easy evenings in. Just off the living space, the dining table seats eight, with additional seating for two at the breakfast bar, making it easy to keep everyone connected at mealtime.
The kitchen is fully equipped for everything from quick breakfasts before the beach to full dinners at home, giving you flexibility throughout your stay.
What really sets Marsh Mellow apart is the connection to the outdoors. The yard offers space for lawn games, relaxing, or letting the dogs roam. A small private dock with seating creates a quiet place to take in the view or catch the sunset. After a day in the sun, rinse off in the outdoor hot and cold shower and unwind in the hot tub. A propane grill is also available for easy evenings cooking at home.
The home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests across four bedrooms, with a layout that offers both privacy and convenience.
Upstairs, you'll find three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The primary bedroom features a king bed and a private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and separate tub. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, while the third bedroom includes a full bed. A full hallway bathroom serves the additional bedrooms.
On the main living level, there is a fourth bedroom with a queen bed, along with a full bathroom located in the hallway.
With parking for up to 3 to 4 vehicles, dog-friendly accommodations (fee applies and there is a limit of 2 but exceptions may be made), screened porches, a hot tub, private dock, and a setting that highlights Tybee's natural marsh views, Marsh Mellow offers a balance of space, comfort, and a quieter island experience.

Great Location for North Tybee
This house on the salt marsh is great for relaxing with family. It's five minutes from Fort Screven and the North Beach area. Homans Trip
Great overall. Some minor issues were involved with the fan/lights. Wonderful location, very well appointed.
Marsh Mellow is a great place with everything you will need for a restful weekend. I planned a Golden Girls weekend with 6 friends all over the age of 55. This property was perfect as it is just as you come onto Tybee Island tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. We were able to enjoy our morning coffee on the screened-in back porch which has a view of the Marsh and we got to see herons every morning. The kitchen had anything you could ask for including both a keurig and a regular coffee maker. Their was a small office of the kitchen area which would be great for anyone who needed to work remotely while visiting Tybee. The Master Bedroom was a nice size and had a large bathroom with a shower and a jetted tub. The shower had safety handles which definitely we definitely appreciated and the master closet was huge. The other bedrooms were very comfortable as well. There is a dog park located closeby for your furry friends. You are only a few minutes away from the Crab Shack and you can get to the southern end of the island in just a few minutes. The thing I enjoyed the most about Marsh Mellow was the secluded location. We were able to enjoy the tranquility of the island and still be able to have some fun at Tybee time and take in a sunset at AJ's. I would definitely come again. The property management company was great and provided everything we needed in a timely manner.
