Inside, the main living space is open and comfortable, with a large sectional sofa, additional seating, and a 55-inch Smart TV for winding down after a day outside. The kitchen leans clean and modern with stainless appliances, a four-seat island, and a dining table that comfortably brings everyone together. Whether it's a quick breakfast before the beach or a full dinner at home, everything is set up to keep it simple.

Downstairs, the screened-in play area and dry bar create a completely separate hangout zone that's built for fun. With a ping pong table, giant Connect Four, giant Jenga, and a casual lounge setup, it's ideal for kids, teens, and adults who want their own space to unwind. Add in the tiki-style bar area, flat screen TV, and Bluetooth sound system, and it becomes the kind of space that keeps everyone entertained long after the beach day ends.

Step outside and you'll find the private pool, designed for both relaxing and cooling off on hot Tybee afternoons. The pool features a sun shelf for lounging, cooling mist for those warmer days, and plenty of surrounding space to spread out. Adirondack chairs, a sandy play area, and a Weber propane grill round out the backyard setup, making it easy to spend the entire day right at home. Outdoor showers make rinsing off after the beach quick and convenient.

When it's time to turn in, the home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests with a layout that works well for families or groups traveling together.

Upstairs, the primary suite offers a king bed, a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and jetted tub, and a spacious layout that feels like a true retreat.
