SeaHaven is tucked away in the heart of Tybee Island’s South Beach area. 50 yards to 18th Street beach, this ground floor cottage affords a quiet residential setting yet steps to Tybee’s restaurants, shops and pier.



Completely renovated in Spring 2017, SeaHaven has vintage Tybee charm with an airy bright open floor plan in the living, dining and kitchen areas.



The bedrooms are at opposite ends of the space with the primary bedroom having a king size bed. The second bedroom is bright and comfortable with 2 twin beds. The living area features comfortable seating around the TV, while the dining area provides seating for 4. The equipped kitchen is outfitted with a stove, refrigerator, microwave and pantry.

No events with a higher number of guests than the occupancy of the house are permitted and there is a minimum age requirement of 25 for renters.
